LEARN TO MIND YOUR MIND .

Mind is the centre of all the activities all the life even we are asleep . physically it is thought - product of our brain . here in the mind all the information of outer world is being collected by sense organs namely - eyes , ear , noes , tongue and skin (touch-organ ) and then other five organs ( executing - organs ) obey the order and help to let mind enjoy of it's choice . this process starts in mind and ends in mind and we keep running from pillar to post since birth to death . we work , we learn and earn and then burn it and turn to ashes .
We make relations and maintain it , we do our duty and job to earn our livelihood , we make plan and apply it , we perform so many other duties and obligations namely = son /daughter , mother / father , wife/ husband ., friend/ enemy , society and institutions , office , boss/ subordinate , market ,business , home , households, political obligations and participation and other hundred and thousand of affairs all these initiated by mind , arranged and maintained by mind . we look after these busy things and care and are aware of and pay attention to see that all these works are done properly and accordingly . this is our MIND that take care of all these activities through whole life .
But i want to say simply , who looks after this mind that looks after all । we should employ our wisdom of SELF to look after this MIND . and when begin to do so i. e . looking after our MIND this is called ' संयम ' ( यम् + नियम ) SANYAM > YAM + NIYAM , has no equal word in English . we can say - to manage , to harmonize , to control wisely peacefully and accordingly . this act of watching the mind with full awareness keeps mind always on RIGHT path .
This is science of YOGA , needs continuous practice and patience . learning to mind one's mind .
