The consciousness turned inward and all the obstacles are removed in practicing the Yoga .1/29
These obstacles are - disease , dullness , doubt , carelessness , laziness , inability to concentrate or attention , distorted vision , weak base , unsteadiness of mind and thought , distraction to other subjects and fragmentation of mind and its waves of thought and understanding .1/30

राम चरित मानस में मित्र की अवधारणा

गोस्वामी तुलसी दास कृत राम चरित मानस में श्री राम - सुग्रीव संबाद के द्वारा श्री राम ने मित्र के गुण दोषों का संक्षेप में वर्णन किया है , कृपया देखें : --
'' जो लोग मित्र के दुःख में दुखी नही होते , उन्हें तो देखने मात्र से पाप लगता है । अच्छे मित्र स्वयं के पर्वत समान दुःख को धूल के समान और मित्र के धूल समान दुःख को सुमेरु पर्वत के समान देखता है ।
जिन्हें स्वभाव से ही इस प्रकार की समझ नही है वे मुर्ख / दुष्ट भला हठ करके मित्रता करते ही क्यों हैं । अच्छा मित्र तो अपने मित्र को कुपथ अर्थात कुमार्ग / बुराई से हटाकर अच्छे मार्ग पर / सदमार्ग पर ले जाता है ; सदैव अपने मित्र के गुणों को प्रकट करता और अवगुणों को छिपाकर उन्हें दूर करने / सुधारने का प्रयास करता है ।
लेन - देन में शंका और संदेह नही करता और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर मित्र की सहायता अपनी पूरी सामर्थ्य से करने को तैयार रहता है । क्षमतानुसार यथोचित सहायता करता है । वेद और संतों का यह सुविचारित मत है कि मित्र का गुण तो यही है कि वह विपत्ति कल में अपने मित्र को सौ गुणा ज्यादा प्रेम करे ।
जो सामने तो कपटपूर्ण मीठी बातें बना बना कर कहता हो और पीठ पीछे अहित और कुटिलता का आचरण करता हो ; उसका चरित्र तो सांप कि तरह टेढा है (अविश्वसनीय ) । हे भाई ! ऐसे कुमित्र को तो त्यागने में ही भलाई है । ( ऐसा मित्र , मित्र के रूप में अमित्र /कुमित्र / दुशमन ही है .)
दुष्ट /मूर्ख सेवक , कृपण राजा , प्रतिकूल पत्नी और कपटी मित्र ऐ सभी सदा सदा कांटे कि तरह चुभते ही रहते हैं । ------- राम चरित मानस - किष्किन्धा कांड छठें दोहे के बाद । ( कृपया मूल राम चरित मानस पढ़ें )

PERSONALITY - Inferiority Complex

Inferiority Complex is another aspect of personality in which a person is not insane or mentally ill but does not behave as one normal man should behave . when you notice following abnormal behaviour in any one you take it for certain that , that person is not normal mind and there is some problem with him in his unconscious or sub- conscious region . he is not mentally unhealthy or insane but a victim of inferiority complex .
1 - He tries to withdraw himself from society and people as much as possible .(but not sanyasin /tyagi /man of renunciation or a saint . ) really his mental build is otherwise .
2 - Reduces social contacts and in public places shows abnormal facial and physical appearances .
3 - Seeks for excessive attention .
4 - Criticizes others without reference with tendency to discredit others without reason .
5 - By attaining better place , post or positions feels much elated than necessary and avoids / refuses / denies / pretends not to recognize his earlier/ older family members , friends , classmates , teachers and acquaintances . he begins to feel as someone in particular .
6 - He is overly dutiful , obedience and internally feels fear and worry .
7 - Projects superiority- complex ( superiority complex really does not exist but it is projection of inferiority complex itself ) . this projection can be marked in his --A - having high opinion of himself . B - corrects others without being invited and does not correct himself . C - He shows in all the matters over sentimentality and awareness . D - He shows affected exaltation and snobbishness . E - he is always full of vanity .
both the inferiority complex and superiority complex can be found together as expression of the same i.e. inferiority complex .
8 - Narcissism i. e. showing self love , self respect , self regard , expecting from others special treatment , extra favour and waiting /expecting his place / chair / rather elevated every where he visits etc. etc . feels shy to respect senior family members , friends , classmates , teachers old , poor , uneducated , backwards in his town , place and relations . has no courage to face his earlier life and history and tries to show that he is born great .
Expected reasons of I.C.
1 - parental attitude (Wrong ) because of not expert in bringing up the child . ill-education .
2 - Physical defects . 3 - Mental limitations . 4 - Social disadvantages . 5 - Discrimination in the society based on multiple reasons as - family , caste , creed , race , sex , sexual orientation , economic status and religion . 6 - Getting a post or place and position not being deserving it or worthy of it . moreover by unfair means i.e. source or money or chance .
the knowledge of I.C. itself is enough to cure it by full awareness .

PERSONALITY - Sane & Serene.

With many qualities and attributes of personality one is mental -health . those of students of western and now Indians psychologists say that more than half of the population are mentally -unhealthy or mentally - ill . they show abnormal -behaviour in their daily life although they are in great and good places and positions , well read and well informed , class one officers and professors , doctors and engineers and again saints and monks and popes and fathers and learned preachers and religious teachers . they are great and good enough in their job but they have some hidden mental weaknesses that make them lame in society and they become the victim of unbecoming ill-fame and bad name . really they are not sane . why ? because they are not serene .
A person who is not serene can not be sane , whomsoever he may be । intelligence and wisdom , prudence and place or position , physical health and wealth , religion and worship can do no help till serenity comes to him . what is serenity ?serenity is the clean and peaceful mind like a quiet and peaceful lake in moon -light . those running after name - fame ; money - matter ; place - position ; men of affection ; men of hypocritical nature can not reach serenity . serenity is the stability of mind reached by contentment , , needing -not more , self- satisfied as told in Gita ; and moreover doing his duty without being attached to its ' result .
Without serenity no one can be sane and no insane can be mentally healthy . Tulasidas says '' can you run a boat without water ? no . and this water is serenity in which you can float safely with your boat of life . this serenity comes by true devotion to God and contentment with what you have . In Git Lord Krishna tell of detachment and awareness .
That is why people being healthy , wealthy and intelligent are insane and ill in their minds . one who is insane is not happy and roaming / running here and there like mad after so called saints and teachers and preachers and tantra and babas . but , sorry there is no remedy except being doped and duped . if you are ready to be robbed there are many with their markets ready to exploit you . beaware !they can give you no relief . you have to work yourself . be pure and true in your heart and mind and do yourself to clean your mind . read Ram Charit Manas and Gita and grow wise , get serenity and the be sane . this serenity is heaven of peace on Earth that makes you sane and happy nothing else . Go to refuge of God but with all Humility .

जीवन - दर्शन ...एक दृष्टि

सारा अस्तित्व विश्व आत्मा है । वह सत्य , चेतन और आनंदमय है । सारा जो कुछ है ,उसी का विवर्त (बदला हुआ , परिवर्तित रूप ) है । हम उसी के अंश हैं । जीवों में सर्वोत्तम । उदहारण (केवल इशारा ) वह सागर , हम एक जल-कण । सागर और सूर्य भी उसके छोटे कण हैं । उसे हम मानवीकरण के द्वारा ईश्वर कहते हैं , वस्तुतः वह मनुष्य , ऐसा नही है । सब कुछ तो वही है । वह सबसे बड़ा और सबसे छोटा है , सो इसी से ईश्वर कहा गया , ऐसा कोई दूसरा नही । चर-अचर , जड़ - जीव सब वही है । हम भी वही , तुम भी वही , यह सारा जगत भी वही है एक अंश के रूप में , पूरा नही । सत्य ईश्वर और ईश्वर सत्य है ।
हमें जो जीवन मिला है , जो देश मिला है , जो परिवार मिला है , जो समाज मिला है , जो शरीर , मन , आत्मा बुद्धि ,योग्यता , क्षमता , विशेषता जन्म होते ही प्राप्त हुई , वह हमारा चुनाव नही है । यही भाग्य है । जन्म के बाद सम्हल कर , सीख कर , परिश्रम से , स्वाध्याय से जो प्राप्त करते है , वह हमारा अर्जन / कमाई है । अर्जन करने की सीमा ; भाग्य से सिमित और कर्म से असीमित है । अतः भाग्य को भूल कर कर्म करना चाहिए ।
भाग्य और कर्म से जो हमें प्राप्त है उसका सौ वर्ष जीने की इक्षा के साथ सम्यक और उचित उपभोग करना चाहिए । हमें उस मार्ग से चलना चाहिए , जिस पर सिद्ध , महापुरुष चलते आए है और उससे भी आगे जाने का प्रयास करना चाहिए । यह हमारा जीवन और संसार हमें भोग के लिए किंचित उपलब्ध हुआ है । परन्तु भोग भोगते यह ध्यान हो कि दूसरे के भोग में कोई भी बाधा न करें ।
लालच का निषेध है ; इर्ष्या का निषेध है ; द्वेष का निषेध है ; हिंसा का निषेध है । हमारे भोग में ये सभी नही आने चाहिए । चोरी और संग्रह का भी निषेध है । अपने आवश्यकता से दस गुने से ज्यादा का संग्रह पाप है ।
अहिंसा वेदोक्त परम धर्म है । परोपकार ही पुण्य है । दूसरे को पीड़ा पहुंचाना नीचता है । दूसरे की निंदा महा पाप है । नियत कर्म करना परम करणीय / कर्तब्य है । नियत कर्म को अपनी पूरी कुशलता से संपादित करना ही श्रेष्ट योग और परम मोक्ष का मार्ग है ।
क्षमा , दया , करुना , सहनशीलता , सहयोग , अमित्र को भी मित्र बनाने का प्रयास , प्रकृति के सभी पदार्थों का रक्षण , किसी जीवजन्तु , पत्ती-फूल को नुकसान न पहुंचाना उत्तम पुरूष के आभूषण है ; सद्गुण हैं ।
सबके प्रति समान रूप से , यथोचित , स्नेह , श्रद्घा और करुणा , पारिवारिक संबंधों का निर्वहन , सामाजिक नियमों का पालन , कानून का आदर और राष्ट्र के प्रति सम्मान नैतिक जीवन का मूल है ।
उच्च विचार, न कि संकीर्णता , अपना स्वाभिमान और दूसरे का सम्मान , अपने को जो प्रिय न हो वह दूसरे के साथ न करना , जीवन के सद्गुणों के प्रति सदा जागरूकता , सीधा -सच्चा -सरल -सुंदर जीवन यापन और सभी के प्रति सदैव , सर्वत्र , सर्व प्रकार की सद्भावना यही सुख का द्वार है । जो हमें ईश्वर कृपा से - धन ,बल , विद्या , ज्ञान , वैभव , बुद्धि , विवेक प्राप्त है और जो उसी के द्वारा अर्जित किया है ; उन लोगों में बांटने की भावना से , जिनमें हमसे कम है , सदा , सर्वदा तत्पर रहना चाहिए । '' सर्वे सन्तु सुखिनः , सर्वे सन्तु निरामया .......॥'' यही भारतीय जीवन दृष्टि है , दर्शन है , कला है , विज्ञानं है । -'' सियाराम मय सब जग जानी । करहुं प्रनाम जोरी जग पानी ॥'' और - '' बिन संतोस न काम नसाहीं । काम अछत सुख सपनेहु नाहीं ॥ कोऊ बिश्राम कि पाव तात सहज संतोष बिन । जल बिनु चलै कि नाव कोटि जतन पचि पचि मरिय ॥ गोस्वामी तुलसीदास राम चरित मानस में ।

Prayer is not asking . it is longing of the Soul , daily admission of one's weaknesses . it is better to have a prayer with heart than words without heart .
I believe in the fundamental Truths of all the great Religions of the world .
You may not know the results of your actions but if there is no action , there will be no result .
He who denies the existence of God denies himself .
If there is a soul then surely the Supreme Soul (God ) , too exists .
The more you indulge yourself the more unhappy you become .
Whatever you give to others is certainly yours' but all that you keep with you is not your .
If we obey the Laws of God / Nature we need no man made laws .
If God resides in every heart then , who dare hate whom?
We seek the company of good for that is the food for our Soul .
Deeds like seeds, take their own time to fructify .
Every moment i observe , how man deceive him self .
An ideal is one thing , living up to it is quite another .
It is sinful to multiply one's want unnecessarily .
He is the true Satyagrahi alone who knows the art of living and dying .
Who can describe the joy that lies in finding Refuge in God .
A word uttered from the pure heart never goes in vain .
Ramnam helps only those who fulfill the condition of its recitation .
Let us always beware of false knowledge.
Perfection is only an ideal for man , it can not be attained .
When the inner Lamp burns , it illumines the whole world .
What more do you want , the Heavens are within you .
When God is our guide , we need worry about nothing .

O GOD !
WHO DOES HELP , ONLY WHEN MAN FEELS UTTERLY HUMBLE .
GRANT THAT WE MAY NOT BE ISOLATED FROM THE PEOPLE .
WE WOULD SERVE AS SERVANTS AND FRIENDS .
LET US BE EMBODIMENT OF SELF SACRIFICE .
EMBODIMENT OF GODLINESS , HUMILITY PERSONIFIED .
THAT WE MAY KNOW THE LAND BETTER
AND LOVE IT MORE .
