PURSUE ONLY ONE VIRTUE (The Simple way . )

Do not bother. pursue only one and be sure and confident that all other things / virtues will follow you . but in cultivating one virtue you should be sincere . understand the meaning of sincerity . many teachers / preachers / saint / sadhus / monks /pandits / maulavis / books tell you many goods to be aspired and many bads to be omitted / some give you to follow five , some ten , and some eleven and some hundred . but i say , take one quality that you like and be ready to cultivate it at any cost .if you insist for one and win it , the single one , be sure , all / most of qualities are there with you .make the choice from among any , see ! for example - take Harishchand for Truth ; Lord Bauddha for compassion (Karunaa) ; Jesus for Love ; Muhammad for Brotherhood ; and Mahavir and Gandhi for Nonviolence (Ahimsaa ). take any Hero for one Virtue and begin to try to practice sincerely in your life and society . see the result , as you grow in that one chosen virtue others virtues and qualities come in to you as water comes to Sea by different rivers , unwanted and not demanded . you may ask what did then Sea do to achieve this , yes that is Humility . Sea has gone so humble that it has decided to set itself in the lowest place on Earth to live in . humility is the seed of virtues . so pursue only one virtue , that i say .
you take one way of action to achieve your goal and when achieved, the targeted , the other goal / quality / virtue is coupled and cuddled with your- achieved . all the knowledge is one not breakable in fragments . you achieve one , you find all / whole . this is the Golden Rule of the RIT /Nature . see ! great Rishi Shankaracharya was a Sanyasin and his pursuit was knowledge but after he achieved knowledge he became a devotee (bhakt ) Kabir , Mira ,Tulasi Nanak were Devotees and achieved knowledge . King Janak was a karm yogi/ an administrater and was known for his perfect knowledge . you can achieve all by practicing one ; Gyan <>Bhakti <> Karm . Likewise - Love <> Non -violence <>Brotherhood <>Compassion <> Truth <> Humility . and so on and so forth .
In reality there are only two sides/ ways / ends - the one is Good and the other is BAD. all that is good lead to God hood And those bad lead to Satanic/Demonic cult . the man is the material , the raw material from whom the God and Devils are molded . if you go to right direction , you will have to pursue at least one virtue to the end and you are happy to know that you are a success . Thus i give you the simplest formula to follow that could be , of a very hard , most difficult and complicated road of life that intend to go on path of goodness . PURSUE only one VIRTUE and OTHERS will and will follow . do not bother , do not confuse , do not doubt , do not discuss and do not argue , start just now ; to aspire for one of your choice , only one and have the all . God may bless / help you ''योगम् क्षेमं वहाम्यअहम् '' तुम योग का आरंभ करो , क्षेम का वहन मै करूंगा , अर्थात तुम्हे मंजिल तक जाने में पूरी पूरी मदद करूंगा , चिंता मत करो । -- गीता में श्री कृष्ण
